2. Principle

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are loaded from our own server. YouTube videos and our LinkedIn page are plain links: no data is sent to these services until you click the link.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When pages are accessed, the host processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and system information, referrer) to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable provision). The host stores these logs only for a limited period.

A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify. Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses offered by Netlify.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your name or organisation, your e-mail address and your message in order to reply to your request. The form data is transmitted via the Netlify Forms service (Netlify, Inc., see section 3), stored there and forwarded to our mailbox. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (replying to general enquiries). We delete the data once the request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you e-mail or call us, we process the information you provide to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailboxes are hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

6. Contact page /connect

The /connect page lets you download our contact details as a file (vCard). The language you choose is stored only in your browser (local storage) so that the page appears in the same language on your next visit. This information is not sent to us. The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German TDDDG.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to infos@georadartech.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Thuringian State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (TLfDI), Erfurt.

8. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website or the services used change. Last updated: October 2026.
